The St. Vincent Catheterization Lab project includes five state of the art catheterization Procedure Rooms and Control Rooms, a 12 bed recovery room, clinical and administrative support areas. Over 12,000 of the 17,000 square foot project is in modular construction built to OSHPD requirements in Indiana and Oregon. This project’s complexity is great. They set an objective to have the finest, most sophisticated Cath Lab in the world – both in its equipment as well as its architecture. Most importantly, the Client had an extremely aggressive schedule. This project was ultimately designed, reviewed and approved, constructed, licensed and occupied in 15 months. Under a normally aggressive schedule it should have taken 30 months.
